HR Operations Officer

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable client organisation in the real estate sector for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Officer. The successful candidate will support the full spectrum of HR functions, contributing to a structured and compliant people management environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, shortlisting, and onboarding
  • Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in line with best practice
  • Support payroll preparation and ensure timely, accurate processing
  • Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary processes, and grievance procedures
  • Ensure compliance with the Nigerian Labour Act and relevant employment regulations
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives and maintain training records
  • Generate HR reports and provide data-driven insights to management
Person Specification — Essential
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR generalist or operations role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Sound knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using an HRIS or HR management platform
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information

  • CIPM membership or student membership is an advantage

We are sourcing on behalf of a growing client organisation for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions. This is a contract role with strong potential for extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job advertising, CV screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
  • Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, Jobberman, MyJobMag, and professional networks
  • Maintain an applicant tracking system and produce regular recruitment reports
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support employer branding and talent pipeline development initiatives
Person Specification — Essential
  • Minimum of 1–3 years’ hands-on recruitment or talent acquisition experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobberman, MyJobMag, or similar platforms
  • Strong interviewing skills with knowledge of competency-based and behavioural frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
